    Thanks for this very educational blog post! There are 2 types of toothbrush brushes – manual and electric. It is recommended to change your toothbrush every 3 months for the manual type and every 3 years for the electric type. After 3 months, the bristles of the manual toothbrush become too soft and will not be as effective as they once were.
